Founded in 2024 by Tractor Beverage Company, the Farmhand Foundation is a visionary initiative dedicated to helping growers transition to organic farming.
By tackling challenges in soil health, certification, and market access, the Foundation is paving the way for organic farming to become the norm, not the exception.

Tractor Beverage Company is a proud business member of 1% for the Planet, dedicating a portion of its revenue to environmental causes. As an environmental partner of 1% for the Planet, the Farmhand Foundation advances regenerative and organic agriculture to build a more sustainable food system for future generations.

We will offer comprehensive assistance to growers through partnerships providing financial aid, technical support and mentorship to help them transition to and prosper in organic farming.

RESOURCES AND SUPPORT

We will actively engage consumers with dynamic marketing and advocacy campaigns, aiming to build coalitions for organic farming through strategic partnerships.

MARKET AND SUPPLY CHAIN

With Tractor Beverage Co as a partner, we strive to create transparent, direct sourcing relationships—enhancing efficiency and sustainability in the supply chain, as well as mitigating risk for growers.

Starting Locally, Thinking Globally

Beginning in our backyard in Ojai, CA, Farmhand will work with local citrus, stone fruit and berry growers to pilot our organic transition program while bringing market-based solutions. This regional approach strengthens our products and the local agricultural community, creating a replicable model for scaling sustainable agriculture. We aim to support producers of all shapes and sizes, building resilient and sustainable farming practices from our backyard to agricultural operations everywhere.
